Product exchange requests can only be processed at the front desk at the YiJia Canada offices. If you need to exchange, please fill out the Product Exchange Request Form, provide the invoice number, and return it to the front desk at YiJia Vancouver or YiJia Toronto. Make sure that the BV value of the product is equal to the BV value of the product you wish to exchange. We will process your request within 3-7 business days. Once we start processing your request, our customer service representative will contact you.
*Please note that you can only exchange your product in the corresponding city. For example, if you placed an order at the Toronto office, you cannot submit your Product Exchange Request Form to the Vancouver office.
*Please note that product exchange is no longer possible if requested 90 days after the order was placed.
*Product exchange does not apply to orders for event giveaways.
*Product exchange does not apply to express orders.
*YiJia reserves the right to refuse a member’s exchange request.
