I can’t log into my member account.

If you are unable to sign in to your account, please check the following possible issues:

 

  1. The password is incorrect

If you have forgotten your password, please contact our customer service representative. You can contact our online customer service for a live chat by logging in to www.yijia.ca or www.yijia.us, or by emailing us at info@yjcanada.com for Canada or info@yjmaione.com for the United States, or by contacting our YiJia Canada customer service hotline at +1-888-991-0924 & YIJIA US at +1 818 937 2480. For security reasons, if you need to reset your password, you will need to provide your member ID and a photo ID such as your driver’s license.

 

  1. The member ID is incorrect

Please confirm that your member ID is correct. If you have forgotten your member ID, please search for your email history and you will receive the relevant account information when you first sign up for membership. You can also contact our YiJia USA&Canada Customer Service Center for assistance. You can contact our online customer service for a live chat by logging in to www.yijia.ca or www.yijia.us, or by emailing us at info@yjcanada.com for Canada or info@yjmaione.com for the United States, or by contacting our YiJia Canada customer service hotline at +1-888-991-0924 & YIJIA US at +1 818 937 2480. For security reasons, if you need to reset your password, you will need to provide your member ID and a photo ID such as your driver’s license.

 

  1. The account is frozen

As a new member, if you do not purchase a product within 72 hours after registration, your account will be frozen. To activate your account, please contact our customer service representative for assistance. You can contact our online customer service for a live chat by logging in to www.yijia.ca or www.yijia.us, or by emailing us at info@yjcanada.com for Canada or info@yjmaione.com for the United States, or by contacting our YiJia Canada customer service hotline at +1-888-991-0924 & YIJIA US at +1 818 937 2480. For security reasons, if you need to reset your password, you will need to provide your member ID and a photo ID such as your driver’s license. Once we receive your request, our relevant department will help you activate your account. Please try logging in after 7 pm and check your account.

*Please note that if you have not made any purchase within 12 hours after your account has been activated, your account will be frozen again.

*If you send an activation request on weekends or holidays, the response will be slightly delayed.

 

  1. The account is locked

If you have entered a wrong password five times in a row, your account will be locked. To activate your account, please contact our customer service representative for assistance. You can contact our online customer service for a live chat by logging in to www.yijia.ca or www.yijia.us, or by emailing us at info@yjcanada.com for Canada or info@yjmaione.com for the United States, or by contacting our YiJia Canada customer service hotline at +1-888-991-0924 & YIJIA US at +1 818 937 2480. For security reasons, if you need to reset your password, you will need to provide your member ID and a photo ID such as your driver’s license.

If you can’t log into your account, please check the following possible issues:

1. Incorrect Password

If you forget your password, simply contact our Customer Service representatives for assistance. You can reach them via our Live Chat on www.yijia.ca, send an email to info@yjcanada.com, or contact +1-888-991-0924. For security reasons, to reset your password, you will need to provide your member ID and a copy of your photo IDs such as driver’s license.

2. Incorrect Member ID

Make sure your member ID is correct, if you have forgotten your member ID, please check your email history, you should receive the account information when you first registered as a member. Or contact customer service for assistance. You can reach them via our Live Chat on www.yijia.ca, send an email to info@yjcanada.com, or contact +1-888-991-0924. For security reasons, you will need to provide your member ID and a copy of your photo ID such as a driver license.

3. Account Deactivated

As a new member, your account can be deactivated if you do not purchase products within the next 72 hours upon registration. To re-activate your account, please contact our Customer Service for assistance. You can reach them via our Live Chat on www.yijia.ca, send an email to info@yjcanada.com, or call +1-888-991-0924. For security reasons, you will need to provide your member ID and a copy of your photo IDs such as a driver’s license. Once we have received your request, our IT department will help to re-activate your account. Please try to log in and check your account after 7 PM (PST).

*Please note that if you do not make any purchase within 12 hours once your account is re-activated, it will be deactivated again.

*If your request is sent during weekends or holidays, there will be a short delay.

4. Locked Account

Your account will be locked if you typed in your password incorrectly for five times in a row. To unlock your account, please contact our Customer Service representatives for assistance. You can reach them via our Live Chat on www.yijia.ca, send an email to info@yjcanada.com, or call +1-888-991-0924. For security reasons, you will need to provide your member ID and a copy of your photo IDs such as a driver’s license.

How do I reset my password on my member account?

You may send your request via email to info@yjcanada.com, or via our WeChat account, yjcsr 01. Once we have received and verified the required information and document, our representative will contact you for further steps.

How do I log into my YiJia member account?

You can log onto our member system via www.yijia.ca, simply click on the “login” option on the top right corner of our website. Or, you can visit www.yjmember.com directly. Upon logging in, you may make a purchase, change your password, and check your order status, commission details, your family trees, etc.
