- The member ID is incorrect
Please confirm that your member ID is correct. If you have forgotten your member ID, please search for your email history and you will receive the relevant account information when you first sign up for membership. - The account is frozen
As a new member, if you do not purchase a product within 72 hours after registration, your account will be frozen. To activate your account, please contact our customer service representative for assistance.
