1. If this is your first time to request for commission, please make sure our financial department has your sin card for record. To summit your sin card, kindly contact our CSR team.
2. System application: Member’s commissions are not automatically sent out on a regular basis. You need to apply for a commission withdrawal in your member system to receive your commission.
3. Local post office: The collection time for checks is based on the time of delivery by the local post office. Hence, delays may be experienced.
4. System address: If your member system address is incomplete, it will also result in delayed delivery by the post office.
