YJ International Group, Inc. strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, the estimated shipping and delivery time should not be considered as a guarantee that your products will be shipped on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive the products will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you.
The following shipping options are available:
- Local Pick-Up: Pick-up your orders at our Los Angeles office or New York office.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Shipped and delivered by FedEx.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you choose the Local Pick-Up option at Checkout, please bring your invoices to one of the YiJia US offices you choose. Please schedule an appointment (+1 818 937 2480) in advance if you choose to pick up at Los Angeles office.
Please note that once you have placed your order and selected the shipping option (including pick-up location), you cannot make any changes to the order. You also cannot Pick-Up at both offices if you choose Flat Rate Shipping at Checkout.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
If you choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at Checkout, please make sure the information provided including your name, shipping address, postcode, and contact number is accurate.
Orders without Bluti:
$15 shipping fee will be charged for orders with a value of smaller than 500 BV. No shipping fee is required for any order equal or larger than 500 BV.
For Orders with Bluti:
$35 shipping fee will be charged for orders with a value of smaller than 500 BV. No shipping fee is required for any order equal or larger than 500 BV.
All orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx via Standard Shipping on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 7-14 business days for your products to be delivered. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Please note that once you have placed your order and selected the shipping option, you cannot make any changes to the order.
- Tracking Number:
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via YiJia US Member System. No notification will be sent regarding the shipping status after the tracking number is posted, so please make sure to track your order for updates.
- For shipping status, please visit FedEx.com (https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html) to insert the tracking number that is provided in YiJia US Member System under My Order Page.
- Incomplete Delivery:
- If your order cannot be delivered to you and is returned to YiJia US for any reason including but not limited to (i) incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, or (ii) no one is present at the provided shipping address to receive the package, you are responsible for the subsequent shipping charges incurred.
- Please fill out the shipping address that matches the residential address you provided in our YiJia US Member System. If the residential address is in the State that requires to you to pay sales tax, but the shipping address is filled with the States that do not require sales tax, your product will not be shipped out until we contact you for further verification.
